CCIITTYY make a strong impression with first offering.

 

Coming onto the radar this week with their debut single is CCIITTYY, a two-piece production outfit. With their sound coming from electro and pop genres respectively, they shine brightly with Still On My Mind. 

Starting simply with guitar licks and atmospheric pauses, the tune soon starts to gather momentum as its expressive vocals take hold. The lyrics are tinged with nostalgia and a heartfelt message, and keep the listener swept up in their midst. CCIITTYY’s stellar use of 80s style synths really give Still On My Mind a wistful, searching vibe whilst allowing it to move forward with progressive dynamics.
