Listen// Dirty Nice gets filthy good

Duo bends genres on pop-powered new single.

With online whispers, tastemaker props and understatedly massive play-counts cementing the enigmatic duo as one of the most exciting pop acts rising through the UK scene at the moment, there’s a lot of eyes and ears on Dirty Nice.

As their accolades suggest, the duo aren’t known for doing anything less than impressive – and, with the help of Desta French‘s vocalwork, latest single LUVIN U lives up to this standard.

Meshing pristine piano with bouncy synths, gliding strings and co-habiting lead vocals dripping in cool, LUVIN U is a masterclass in flippant pop. Initially it was written in the group’s alternative capacity as song-writers for other artists but, as the band proudly proclaims, “[they] liked it too much we had to keep it for ourselves”.

Ironically, listening to this will make you like it so much you won’t want to keep it to yourself.
