Recently, we picked out Vilde‘s Flash In The Pan as being a beautiful example of art-pop done right, striking the perfect balance between artistry and pop sensibility. Well, we can now revisit that art-pop gift as Vilde has just shared the accompanying music video.

It pretty much does everything you would want a music video to do: it emphasises the surreal psychedelia of the song with hypnotic visual effects, complementing the hallucinogenic qualities of the single itself. Notably, this is the first time Vilde himself has stood before the camera in any of his music videos, even if it is immersed in shadow and enveloped in a blue filter.
