Textacy EP feels like a strong step forward for dubstep youngster.

For those who like their big, bold bass tracks, you will be hooked on the new EP from dubstep youngster Dion Timmer. He has just put out his short collection Textacy, which features collaborations with Excision and MagMag amongst some original solo material.

This EP has allowed Timmer to wander into some previously unexplored styles and genres, with tracks like Tell You Why and Cyan offering up some sharply cut future house. It’s a varied bunch, and hits a very high standard.
