Debut single from Esther & Fatou is the dream-folk sound of winter.

It’s getting colder, darker and more expensive, which can only mean one thing: winter is here. And if you’re still missing the song to make it truly feel like the dying months of 2017, then Esther & Fatou have emerged from the Belgian ether just for you.

The duo’s debut single At Night has just dropped and it is the pop-edged dream-folk number to sink into on a cold winter evening, which is partly because the expansive vocals sound like they were recorded on a glacier.

This, combined with various percussion instruments that give an oddly sleigh bell feel to the song, make this a perfectly timed debut – and a strong, distinct one by any measure.
