Summer anthem brings alternative pop to the scene.
Alt-pop trio Beaty Heart first crashed onto the scene when they released their debut album Mixed Blessing back in 2014. Two years on, they’re planning to follow it up with another album titled Till the Tomb, with new single Raw Gold leading the release. The first fact you should know about the track: their friends (and pretty successful outfit in their own right) Jungle helped produce it.
Unsurprisingly then, this track is a powerfully bass-heavy song with great ambient sounds to give the song depth. This, combined with the anthemic vocals of the chorus, make it undeniable that Jungle certainly had an influence on the track’s outcome – which is no bad thing, as Beaty Heart manage to keep their own personal stamp on things. This is one for the festivals.
