Singer-Songwriter Dominique wows with her new single.

 

American musician Dominique took the music world by storm last year when she released tracks Don’t and I Think I’m Falling, both featuring RnB and hip hop influences. Now she’s back with her new single Good Girl – which is said to be a sneak peek into what we’ll see on her upcoming EP.

The track showcases hints of a simple, effortless ballad style with a wonderful mix of RnB drums and a memorable acoustic guitar motif. The softly vocal style screams Lana Del Rey, but where Lana places sensual lyrics into her music, Dominique’s lyrics about escaping values and finding her place evoke strength and power across to the listener. If this song is anything to go by, her EP will be one to look out for.
