Live as in the studio, Northern National have the power and the passion of superstars

 

We’ve got something special for you now: the video premiere of pop-rockers Northern National performing their fantastic single Love Is Fire in Dallas for Sofar Sounds.

Capturing the single, which we reviewed a little while back, in a sweetly stripped-back format, the live rendition manages to highlight the strength of the vocals on offer in the band. It’s so easy now for bands to maximise the power and potential of vocal lines in the studio that I’ve become (quite understandably) skeptical of most solid vocals I hear. If this video proves nothing else, it’s that Northern National can deliver the goods.

That, and they look cool as sh*t.
