Take brutal beats and end-of-the-world guitars, sprinkle them with harmonies and catchy melodies, and you have ‘My Therapist knows You By Name’ – the latest single from A Higher Demise.

Accompanied by a straightforward video that captures the band in an intense (albeit staged) performance of the track, with only the occasional exception, it’s a song that speaks for itself. Our personal highlight of the track is that the band decided to go against a tried metal formula and didn’t reserve all the swearing for the screamed sections of the song, opening the chorus hook with “fuck you”. Excellent touch.
