For years, we have been championing new music that is worth you listening to. Now, we are listening to you and letting you crown the new music champions of 2016.

The first FB365 awards open today. These (soon-to-be) prestigious awards are shortlisted throughout the year by the artists who get the most traction, draw the most traffic, or we generally think are the créme de lá créme of the crop. There are five categories — best live act, best artist, best single, best EP/LP and most innovative — and a total of 19 artists shortlisted across the board. It is now up to you, the readers and the fans, to decide who takes home the awards. Just click the image for each category and cast your vote.

Voting opens today (December 1, 2016) and will close on December 31, 2016 at 23:00 GMT.
