Electrofolk outfit share video for soothing and inspiring single.

 

Forewarning: I have no idea what this video is about.

Electrofolk soothers Over Sands have just shared the video for their newest single Gyroscope, taken from their debut EP that dropped at the end of 2015.

Musically it’s the perfect soundtrack to a relaxed evening of productive work: while both the instrumentation and vocals are incredibly soothing, the music drives through upward spirals that spread inspiration like a delightful infection.

The video, however, is absolutely lost on me. Maybe I’m dumb (and I probably am) but I don’t see the meaning within it. Though it does feature a man running over sand (geddit?) so in the very least I can take that from this experience.
