Remember Krychek? He’s back with the sophisticated beats of SIGNAL.

Do you remember an artist who we were really hyped about not long ago? Dropped an absolutely killer album? Did a special, exclusive mix for us? Yeah, Krychek. That guy. Well, he’s back with producer Alex Stirling with new project SIGNAL, offering the sexy sophisticated beats of Mountain Beach.

Krychek impressed with his distorted take on electropop, giving it a heavier spin and a rough and ready feel that was strikingly different. Yet SIGNAL falls at odds with that, with a beautifully refined approach to electropop that feels smooth and polished. In spite of this, Krychek’s tinge of 80’s electro is clearly present and the smoothness makes it feel a little bit Euro-electro (Eurolectro as I like to dub it) – a genre that is commonly done but rarely done well. Well, SIGNAL have just changed that – and we can’t wait to see what else they have up their sleeves.
