Video: Orchard Hill – ‘Make It Out Alive’

Sitting somewhere between pop-rock, alternative and light metal, Orchard Hill are proving that hard-hitting female-fronted bands are still being produced.

‘Make It Out Alive’ packs a powerful punch, with crunchy guitars and punishing drums that clear a path for the soaring melodic vocalwork of Tiff Nicholson. And within this maelstrom of raw rock power, there’s an anthemic chorus that is as infectious as it is powerful.

The accompanying video for the track sees the band performing in what appears to be a derelict and delapidated building, complete with smashed windows. But this doesn’t stop the song from bringing a sense of life to the place.

Yep. That was an awful cliché. But there’s a nice video below to make up for it. Enjoy!
