Pawws – ‘Just Be Kind’ Review

The closing track from Pawws’ upcoming debut EP ‘Sugar’ is an emotional waterfall cascading into a bittersweet reservoir of hope. Channelling the spirit of 80’s synthpop, ‘Just Be Kind’ is a truly transcendental experience.

With a stunningly vocal display from Lucy Taylor (AKA Pawws), ‘Just Be Kind’ sees Taylor exercising the very things that make her a stellar act. Namely, powerful vocals that shimmer with fragility and hit all the right notes (musically and emotively), which soar over dramatic synth echoes and plodding drums. It’s a fully enjoyable swoon-a-long kind of song, the kind that is hard not to love.

You can listen to the song here, though I would advise you ready your emotions first. Seriously.
